Hostel Rules & Regulations

1. The food schedule must be followed strictly.
2. Kitchen items, including vegetables, are not allowed for personal use.
3. The main gate will open at 07:00 AM and close at 09:00 PM daily.
4. Residents must maintain cleanliness in their rooms and common areas at all times.
5. Silence and discipline should be maintained, especially during night hours.
6. Any damage to hostel property will be charged to the concerned resident.
7. Visitors are not allowed inside the hostel premises without prior permission from the management.
8. Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
9. Residents must inform the management in advance if they plan to stay out overnight.
10. A minimum of 15 days’ prior notice must be given before vacating the hostel; otherwise, the security deposit may be forfeited.
11. Electricity and water should be used responsibly. Avoid unnecessary wastage.
12. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action against anyone violating the rules.
13. Washing Machine Schedule:

• Sunday & Monday – 1st Floor
• Tuesday & Wednesday – 2nd Floor
• Friday & Saturday – 3rd Floor
• The washing machine shall not be operated on Thursdays.
